I usually charge a non-refundable flat fee up front + an admin fee if the grant is successful.

e.g. $200 upon application submission + 15% of funded amount, if successful. If you receive a $10,000 grant, I will send you a final invoice for $1300 (the $200 flat fee will be deducted from the admin fee.)

Typically, for art councils you can expect a 4-month waiting period from their posted deadline. FACTOR, RSF or Ontario Creates may take less time.

Unfortunately not. But I will help you navigate the grant application. This includes filling out budget forms, organizing supplemental materials you should submit with your application, and completing the written portions of your application. Clear communication is essential for a successful grant.
